How to place the order to us?
Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
Step 4: 30% deposit
Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

1. Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are OEM factory located in Shanghai, which have more than 12 years experience during the packaging industry.
2. Q: Can i get a sample of Luxury packaging custom gift boxes before place an order?
A: Of course,we can provide a ready or custom sample box before mass production.The ready sample is free of charge however,the custom sample will occur sample charge.
3. Q: How soon we can get a sample?
A: Usually, the sample production takes about 4-5 workdays.In addition, the express takes about 3 days.
4. Q: How to start the mass production?
A: We start the production once we receive the 50% deposite.The balance will be asked after we finished the production.
5. Q: What methonds of payment?
A: Normally,we make the order link through Alibaba both sample and mass production. Also accpeted bank account and paypal.
