How to place the order to us?
Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
Step 4: 30% deposit
Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

Q1. How can I get a quotation ?
Please provide the details of products, such as, size, material / weight, printing / color,
surface finishing, package, MOQ, artwork (if needing), transaction term, destination, etc.
Q2. When can I get the quotation after my inquiry ?
Basically, we will reply the quotation to you within 24 hours unless the material or the accessory with special specification takes time to get costs. But if you need the quotation urgently, please tell us and provide us the complete details, then we will reply the quotation to you ASAP.
Q3. Do you have MOQ request? Do you accept small order ?
Yes, we have MOQ request and also can be adjustable depending on the different
product specifications or material MOQ.In addition, small order is also acceptable.
Q4. Can you provide free sample for quality checking if I have the interest in your products?
Yes, we can provide free sample but you need to bear the freight.
Q5. How much for making a customized sample and when I can receive it ?
Basically, the sample fee will be different depending on different product,size, material, printing, package, surface finishing, if having die-cut design or not…etc. Please kindly provide us complete details and we will reply you the exact sample fee.It is estimated you can receive the sample in 7-14 days after paying the sample fee.
Q6. Can you help me to add my LOGO for my product?
Yes, it is no problem to print your LOGO on the product. According to the local law, please provide us the AUTHORIZATION LETTER to print your LOGO in our workplace before sampling or production.
