How to place the order to us?
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

Q: How to get price from you?
A: Please send us size, quantity and artwork for offer. If you don't know the size, please inform us size of your product. If you don't have artwork yet, we'll quote according to present design.
Q: If I 'm happy with your offer, could you help us to design this product?
A: Sure, we have creative design team and experienced technical team to assist you.Will turn out satisfactory design for you which is FREE.
Q: Do I need to pay for sample?
A: It's free for stock sample. If it's customized, sample fee has to be charged. For both cases, express fee has to be charged.
Q: What is your lead time for sampling and producing?
A: Lead time for sampling is about 3-7days. Lead time for production is about 15-35 days upon receipt of deposit and confirmation of sample.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Q: What is your payment methods?
A: T/T, PayPal, West union, LC.
Q: I have no idea with transport, can you help me?
A: Normally goods are shipped by sea, by air or by express. You don't need to worry since we can arrange the shipment for you.
