How to place the order to us?
Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
Step 4: 30% deposit
Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

Q: How to prepare my artwork files for printing?
A: To avoid any possible delay in your production we would highly recommend you to check the artwork requirements first before sending your artwork.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: This depends on the complexity of your project. Let us know if you have an urgent deadline and we'll see what we can do. Standard turnaround times (from the date of artwork approval) is 15 to 20 working days.
Q: Do you offer custom packaging or assembly?
A: YES, if your project requires special needs, attention or a crazy idea implemented, we can help. Request a quote today and tell us your crazy packaging or assembly needs!
Q : When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgently, we can quote for you within 2 hours based on all details you provide.
Q: Does have any samples I can see?
A: Yes, we can provide the plain sample for you, but do not send samples with printing as it is a very costly and a time-consuming process. You need pay samples charge to create final samples, of course, we will return the money after you place the order to us.
